We just bought an old-fashioned popcorn maker (you know, the kind with the kettle that uses oil and raw corn kernels…)

On the advice of the store clerk, we didn’t buy the orange-colored butter-flavored oil.

At home, we used sunflower oil and also light vegetable oil, but I was wondering what the best (and safest!) oil was. Olive? Peanut? Safflower? Grapeseed? What have you tried?

Ok my friend is turning 13 this month and she loves fashion (forever 21, ulta, gilly hicks, hollister, abercrombie, etc.) and I dont know what to buy her!!! in past years I knitted her a purse with her initials on it, made her a movie basket (dvd, candy, popcorn…), and got her an airbrushed tshirt with her name on it.

this year she started getting all the teen vogue and seventeen magazines and stuff like that and i don’t know what to do!!

she has a favorite band but getting tickets is too expensive and she has all their CDs (black eyed peas) and tshirts of them
