i want to buy this popcorn machine that runs on gas & also requires electrical hook up & but i don’t know on how read the electrical capacity

This popper Available in both propane and natural gas.
Gas safety pilot included on the 60 oz. popper. The 60 oz. popper requires electrical hook up. Capacity: 60 Electrical: 120V/60HZ and 230V/50HZ; 160 Watts, 50,000 BTU

can some one help me out to determin weather it runs on 120 volts or 230 volts?
