is my diet healthy enough to have dessert?

ok so my diet usually consists of
breakfast:
-old fashion oatmeal (1/2 c) with skim milk and a topping of dried cranberries and flaxseeds, or a tbs of peanut butter OR bran flakes or multigrain cheerios with skim milk
-protein bar (balance bar, fit and active bar, or fiber one bar)

lunch:
-homemade soup (usually less that 150 cal)
-salad with fat free dressing and almonds
-yogurt
-fruit
OR
-yogurt
-fruit
-wasa light crackers w/ laughing cow cheese light bites

snacks:
-fruit
-popcorn
-jell-o sugar free pudding

dinner:
-hardly ever have grains, i usually have seafood, or a lean protein with vegetables

so is my diet healthy enough to add dessert if its within my calorie limits and if so how often?

btw, im 13, 5 foot, and 107 lbs.
someone said they wanted to know if i exercised, yes i figure skating (jumps, spins, etc) usually twice a week for an hour and a half each time and also i snowboard once a week for about 2-3 hours.

Hello. My birthday is in about a month. And my brother is going to give me 0. And since im trying to loose weight, Im planning on getting some groceries. Here’s my questions .. Do you think I have enough money? I want to get:
- 2 sets of bananas
- a box of organic granola
- 1 jar of yogurt
- peanut butter
- 2 bags of whole wheat flour
- raisans
- jar of mixed nuts
- sprinkles
- one box of chex cereal
- vanilla extract
- jar of egg whites
- lowfar dutch choco. coco powder
- PAM butter-spray
- 2 boxes of lowfat vanilla wafers
- 2 jars of LITE cool whip
- 2 banana pudding packs (jello)(lowfat)
- a big jar of UNPOPPED popcorn kernels
- LITE brown sugar
- one big bag of pretzels
- one box of quick cooking oatmeal
- one jar of old fashion rolled oats
- 3 boxes of "100 calorie" snacks

I also want to get: Raid Bugspray and a electric mixer(ill get the cheapest one)

So, do you think 0 is enough to buy EVERYTHING I want?

I Weigh 150 And Im 5’3. If I Went On This Diet For At Least A Week.
Do You Think I Would Lose Any Weight? If Soo..How Much?
I Also Run/Walk/Ride Bikes About 2 Miles A Day If Not More. &Excersise.

3.Egg White Omelet

Snack: 10 o’clock
-Fruit

Lunch: 12 o’clock

OPTIONS
1.Protein Drink
2.Half Turkey Sandwich With Mustard
3.Spinach Salad With Hard Boiled Egg Or Tuna.

Snack: 2 o’clock
-Fruit

Dinner: 4 o’clock
-Apple
OPTIONS
1.Steamed Brocoli and Carrots
2.Salad With Olive Oil And Vinegar
3.Broiled Or Baked Chicken Or Fish

Snack: 6 o’clock

1.Fruit
2.Popcorn
3.Low Fat Plain Yogurt With Berries
