the expiry date on my popcorn is mar.06 2010. the seeds come flying out of the popcorn popper along with the popped corn. I thought it was my machine so I bought a new one. Same thing. I get about a quarter of popcorn from one batch. what is wrong

i bought a popcorn maker but it doesn’t come with any seeds or anything to make it with, what do you buy ?

Has anyone ever used on of these? It is like the ones at School functions, but I purchased my mother the larger model of the Old Fashion Popcorn popper from Bed Bath and beyond. The machine does not require any special popcorn but the seeds we used are not working well, do you have any suggestions?
We actually have tried newer seeds and a different kernel. I just wasn’t sure if there was a special type of popcorn made especially for these type of machines.

and im trying to make popcorn cuz were watching a movie outside on our projector and screen but its not working? anyone know if im doing osmething wrong?

im adding about a cup of seeds, and a tablespoon of the oil, and putting the heat and the spin on while i add it
please helP!
